'Crust & Joy Pizzeria originated from an aspirational vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Paris. Established by the Dubois lineage in 1985, our little family-owned pizza shop began with generational recipes.

Sophie Dubois, the progenitor of our establishment, honed her pizza-crafting skills across Italy, particularly learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was born. After her journey across Italy, she aimed to replicate Naples' iconic pizza perfection, adhering to longstanding methods and choosing premier ingredients.

What started as a quaint venue with just 12 seats has flourished into a cherished community gem, yet our dedication to superior quality and genuine techniques remains resolute. Our age-old wood-oven baking process stands firm, we continuously create fresh dough, and strive for the best produce available.

Still operated by the Dubois household, with the subsequent generation now at the helm, our zealous team carries on the tradition. While some innovations have been adopted, the essence of our mission persists: to craft delicious Italian pizza that unites everyone around the table.
